Are your items handmade?
Yes. Cotton Candy Custom Creations & Gifts pieces are handmade, and many are personalized or made to order. Each item is crafted, checked, and packed by hand before it ships.
How long does it take to make my order?
Since every product is custom made, timing depends on the specific item. You'll see an approximate delivery time right on each product's page, so you'll know what to expect before you order.
How does personalization work?
For personalized items, you'll be able to share your details (such as a name, date, or color) right on the product page when you order. Please double-check your spelling and details — personalized pieces are made exactly as submitted. See our custom orders guide for more.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start crafting made-to-order items soon after purchase, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need a change. We'll always try to help, but we may not be able to modify or cancel once production has begun.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to the United States and internationally. Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 5–8 business days within the U.S. and 10–20 business days internationally. See our shipping page for full details.
How much is shipping, and how is it calculated?
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you'll always see the cost before you pay. Any taxes that apply are also shown before you confirm your order.
Will I owe customs fees or duties on an international order?
No. All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and paid on your behalf. There's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives — the total you see at checkout is the final price.
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Because personalized and made-to-order items are created just for you, they're final sale and not eligible for return — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll make it right. Full details are on our returns page.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happens — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Where a product is a digital download, it's delivered electronically and no physical item is shipped. Because digital files can't be returned once delivered, digital downloads are final sale.
How can I check on my order?
If you created an account, you can view your orders and their status there, and we'll email tracking once your order ships. You can also reach out any time — we typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Do you take fully custom requests?
We do! If you have an idea that isn't in the shop, tell us what you're picturing — including quantities and any deadline — on our custom orders page or email us at cottoncandyco78@gmail.com, and we'll let you know what's possible.
