Returns & refunds

We want you to love your order. Here's how returns and refunds work, and what to do if something isn't quite right.

Custom & personalized items

Because personalized and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We encourage you to review your personalization details — names, dates, spelling, and colors — carefully before placing your order, as we make each piece exactly as submitted.

Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible non-personalized items

For non-personalized, ready-made items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging may not be eligible. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return — or approve a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect order — we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order cancellations & changes

Because we begin crafting made-to-order items soon after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We'll always try to help, but we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once production has begun.

How to start a return or report an issue

To request a return or report a problem, please contact us with your order number and a brief description (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect). Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
