Custom & personalized orders

Many of our products can be personalized — with a name, initials, a date, a color choice, or a short message. Where an item supports personalization, you'll be able to add your details when ordering. We then handcraft your piece to match.

Because each personalized item is made specifically for you, please review your details carefully before checking out. We create pieces exactly as submitted.

To help us get it just right, please provide:

• The exact spelling of any names or words
• Any dates, formatted the way you'd like them to appear
• Color, style, or size preferences where applicable
• The occasion (so we can help make it special)
• Any reference images or examples, if you have them

Have something in mind that isn't listed in our shop? We love a good challenge. Reach out with your idea — including what you're picturing, quantities, and any deadline — and we'll let you know what's possible, along with a quote and an estimated timeline before any work begins. Larger or more involved projects may have a minimum order; we'll always confirm the details with you first.

Custom and personalized pieces are made to order. Please allow a processing time of 2–5 business days before your order ships, plus delivery time. Fully custom projects may take longer depending on the design — we'll confirm an estimate with you before we begin.
