We ship handmade gifts to the United States and around the world. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.

Where we ship

We offer worldwide shipping, including throughout the United States and to international destinations. The shipping options and rates available to you are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & made-to-order time

Most of our items are handmade and made to order. Please allow a processing time of 2–5 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships. Personalized or custom pieces may need an additional 1–3 business days; any item-specific timing will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Delivery estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are approximately:

  • Within the United States: 5–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery windows are estimates measured from the ship date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary by carrier, destination, weather, peak seasons, and customs processing.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, we'll send tracking details by email once your order ships. If you created an account, you can also view your order status there. Please allow a little time after shipping for tracking information to update with the carrier.

International duties & customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in your order total — we are unable to calculate or collect them in advance. Customs processing can also affect delivery times.

Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.
